A few quick answers

How do I create a task for a project?

If you have permission to create work, choose Create → Task. Enter the title, choose the client, assign an Owner and set a Due date. Open More options to choose the Project and Internal reviewer, then click Create task. Add a short brief so the owner knows what to deliver.

What do I do with a task assigned to me?

Open Tasks, choose the item and read its brief. Move it to In progress when you start. If something is stopping you, mark it Blocked and leave a comment explaining what you need. Keep the status current so the team knows who needs to act next.

How do I upload designs, videos or a carousel?

Open a task’s Creative work tab, or a content item’s Files tab. Choose a file, or select several images for a carousel. Reorder the slides before clicking Upload version. Wait for the saved version to appear, then submit it for review. Each corrected upload keeps the earlier version.

How do feedback and approvals work?

The reviewer opens the submitted version and leaves feedback, approves it or requests changes. Image feedback can be pinned to a slide; video feedback can refer to a playback time. The owner makes the corrections, resolves addressed feedback and uploads a new version for review. Approval applies to the whole version.

How do I keep a client’s content plan organized?

Open Content to see the calendar or list. Each item keeps its client, caption, production brief, responsible people and publishing date together. Use its status to show what is ready or waiting. Mark it Published after it has been posted on the platform; Vaulta does not publish posts automatically.

What does “waiting for review” or “waiting on client” mean?

Internal review means a Vaulta reviewer needs to decide. Changes requested means the owner needs to make corrections. Client review means a deliberately shared version is waiting for the client’s decision. Check the latest feedback and next responsible person before starting another version.

If you’re a client

Use the email Vaulta invited to request a sign-in link. Your portal shows shared deliverables, upcoming content and approved files. Open a deliverable to comment, request changes or approve it. For a carousel, look through every slide before approving. Internal team discussions stay private.

Can’t find something?

You see the work you have access to. If a client, project or task is missing, ask a Vaulta founder to check your assignment or access. If a file upload fails, read the message beside it and retry before submitting the work for review.
